When the Pederbona was just a farm in 1969 was bought by our family, soon we transformed it into a stock-breeding of dairy cows. Today we have 1,150 heads of cattle and our 530 cows which produce every day more than 170 quintals of milk that we deliver through the Cooperative to the Centrale del Latte di Alessandria and Asti.(...read more)

The whole of the milk that we produce is delivered to the Centro Cooperativo Raccolta Latte s.c.r.l. and then to the Centrale del Latte di Alessandria e Asti S.p.A. that bottles it as high quality milk to resell it.
The estate is available to give cows manure to estates that can consider to use organic substances in their fields.
